DPGs that may be brought include MOSIP for ID implementation. The framework emphasizes the importance of openness and open standards in digital identity systems, including the use of DPGs. By adopting open standards, such as technology standards governing software and hardware components, countries can ensure interoperability, vendor neutrality, and scalability. Open principles in designing and operating core digital systems can foster innovation and prevent vendor lock-in. Investing in capacity building and skills is crucial for the efficient adoption of technology in identity systems. Governments need a mix of skilled professionals to support the development and maintenance of digital systems
