MEDPlat has pre-configured workflows in the Reprductive, Materal, Child, Adolescent health programs. It supports the health workers right from the community level to the entire primary health care continum and beyond to register, screen, monitor the key indicators on a continuous basis, ensure timely serives such as ANC, PNC, Routine Immunization and such others based on clinical protocols, Automatically triage and identify high risk from the service data entered and provide worksflows for enhanced monitoring and mitagation of high risks to prevent needless deaths and reduce Maternal dealths (MMR), IMR (under 5), and Neonatal dealths. The Platform has an extensive Child Health Monitoring module at population level and for school going children and includes routine immunization workflows and addresses 3.b.1 The Platform also has tools to tools to monitor and address unmet family planning needs in eligible couples (SDG 3.7.1). Being a population based program, the platform enables and amplifies the access to health facilities thereby addressing SDG 3.8.1
